convertToFloat() Operation for Integer Values

Syntax	`set aFloat = anInteger.convertToFloat()`
Semantics	`convertToFloat()` reclassifies the integer as Float.
Substitutables	`anInteger`	Can be any variable or object attribute having the type Integer.
Examples	NONE `set aFloat = anInteger.convertToFloat();`
