ceil() Operation

Syntax	`set anInteger = aFloat.ceil()`
Semantics	Returns the smallest integer not less than the float (see Wikipedia: ceiling function for more information).
Substitutables	`aFloat`	Can be any variable or object attribute having the type Float.
Examples	CODE `set anInteger = aFloat.ceil();`
