castValue() Operation

Syntax	`aSimpleChildClassObject = castValue(aSimpleParentClassObject)`
Semantics	Assigns a simple valued object of base class type to an object of its sub-class type. Supported simple value types are: String, Integer, Float, Boolean, and DateTime.
