Accessing the Identity Management
In our Scheer PAS platform, we use Keycloak as identity management tool. You can access it via the corresponding tile in the Scheer PAS Portal:
Only users with profile keycloak_user are able to see the tile in the portal. If you click the identity management tile, the tool will open within the portal:
Managing Account Security
If you want to manage the security details of your own PAS account, open the user preferences and select Manage Account:
Open Account security > Signing in. On this page, you have the following options:
(1) You can see when your password was last updated.
(2) You can also change your password from here. Click Update to start the action.
(3) You can add set up (another) authenticator application. Use the link Set up Authenticator application.
(4) You can remove an already set up authenticator application. Click Delete to start the action.

Before consulting the documentation check your Keycloak version:

Open the PAS Administration and search for Keycloak.

The version of the running Keycloak service is displayed in column Version.
