A deployment is a running instance of a PAS project in an environment. Each deployment has a name of its own, so the same project can run more than once, for example one deployment in a development environment and one in a production environment. A deployment contains the components of the project it was created from (services and apps, together with the agents its service provides) and it is always tied to the project version you selected when you deployed it.
In the Control Hub, deployments are the working object you spend most of your time with. This chapter explains, how to handle deployments within the Control Hub:
