convertBase64ToBlob() Operation

set aBlob = base64String.convertBase64ToBlob()
set aBlob = convertBase64ToBlob(LITERAL)
Semantics

convertBase64ToBlob() converts a base64 string into an internal blob object.
If the conversion is not possible, an error message is raised (for instance: NULL strings).

Substitutablesbase64String Can be any variable or object attribute being a valid base64 string.  
LITERALBase64 string literal.
