What the user may do

This "superadmin" user bypasses all authorization checks, memberships and visibilities.

Create and manage APIs, clients and plans in all organizations.
Bypasses the approval process in the API Developer Portal.

Create his own organizations.
Create and manage APIs, plans and clients in the organizations he is member of (and has role Editor).
Answer approval requests for APIs in the organizations he is member of (and has role Editor).

Create clients and contracts in the API Developer Portal.
