Errors may occur while working in Scheer PAS. To facilitate troubleshooting, corresponding error and notification messages are displayed in the application. The overview of error messages allows you to identify possible causes and possible solutions. It also refers to documentation pages that contain further details.
The following problems can occur while you work with the Agents view:

No agent is deployed on your platform. Agents reach the platform with the project that ships the service providing them, so this message is also displayed if you have deployments but none of them contains an agent. |
Deploy a project that contains a service with an agent. |

The columns Calls and Tokens display a dash instead of the usage figures. |
The usage figures of this agent could not be read. This is not the same as an agent that has never been called: an agent without calls reports 0 calls and an empty bar. |
Reload the page to read the figures again. The rest of the row is not affected, so the list still shows you where the agent runs and in what state. If the problem continues, contact your administrator. |

The list of agents cannot be loaded, and an error message with a reload action is displayed. |
The Control Hub could not reach the platform, or the service that reports the deployed agents is temporarily unavailable. |
Use the reload action of the error message to read the list again. If the problem continues, reload the page. If it still continues, contact your administrator. |

The usage figures do not contain a call that has just been made. |
The figures are recorded while the agents serve calls, so they can lag slightly behind. They are also read only when you open the view or reload the page, not while the page stays open. |
