convertToDateTime() Operation

Syntax	`set aDateTimeObject = aString.convertToDateTime()` `set aDateTimeObject = convertToDateTime(LITERAL)`
Semantics	Converts the internal lexical representation of DateTime (`"CCYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss[.sss][Z\|[+\|-]hh:mm]"`) to a DateTime type. If the conversion is not possible, an error message is raised (for instance: NULL strings).
Substitutables	`aString`	Can be any variable or object attribute having the type String. The format must correspond to the lexical representation of DateTime.
Substitutables	`LITERAL`	String literal. The format must correspond to the lexical representation of DateTime.
Examples	`set aDateTimeObject = aString.convertToDateTime();`
