In the Models folder you can create new BPMN models. If you create a new project, it automatically contains a Models folder.
The Models Folder Context Menu
Right click a Models folder to open its context menu. The context menu displays all options available for the Models folder: |
Creating a Folder
To add another folder within a Models folder open the context menu and choose the option Add folder. | |
| Enter a name for the folder in the pop-up window Create New Folder. Click Save. |
The new folder is created and displayed in the tree. |
Creating a BPMN Model
In the Models folder you can create your BPMN model which is equivalent to an executable service. To create a model, right click on the Models folder and choose the option Add model from the context menu. | |

| When you create a new model, it opens automatically in a new tab and you can directly start modeling. Refer to Working with the BPMN Editor for detailed information. |
The new BPMN model is also displayed in the service panel and you can use option Open model |

Sharing a Models Folder
You can also share the link for a Models folder. Choose the option Share from the context menu to copy the link of the folder to the clipboard. | |
| The action is confirmed by a toast message. |
You are now able to paste the URL, for example to an email. |
Publishing a Models Folder to the Cockpit
| If you want direct access to a Models folder in your Scheer PAS Cockpit , open the context menu and choose option Publish to cockpit. | |
| If you open your cockpit the next time, an external link tile grants you direct access to the folder. |

If you click on a Models folder in the tree, its settings are displayed in the settings window on the right side:

| Click the Edit description button if you want to enter a description for your Models folder. | |
