Your app is ready to be executed.

Go back to the cockpit and open the sidebar New Elements. In addition to the start link of project ACME Directories two new start links are now displayed:

  • Customer Database - Create
  • Customer Database - Overview

To start the process app, you can directly use these links in the sidebar - or you create corresponding tiles on your cockpit.

Drag a start link from the sidebar and drop it in the group on the cockpit to create a tile.

If you click on the tile or the link, the corresponding form will open and you can enter data.

Use the Create tile or link to open your first input form.

By default, the template CSS Blue is assigned to the reference and the overview model of a newly created app project.


Required fields will be checked.

If they are not filled, a corresponding message will be displayed.

Click Next to switch to the next process step - and to your second input form.

Your input from the first form has been transferred to the second form.

You can now fill the additional fields you designed in your second form.

Confirm your input with Next.

You have reached the last process step.

Your input is now shown in the summary as you defined it.

After saving, switch back to the cockpit. Create a new tile using the start link Overview.

Since you have already created an instance, a counter showing the number of available instances is added to the overview tile.

Open the overview by clicking on the tile.

The instance table displays the instance that you have just created.

Click on the displayed instance.

The input form with the corresponding data opens. It is possible to edit the existing instance until it has not reached the last proces step.

If the instance reached the last process step, the data is displayed in read-only mode and a corresponding message is displayed.

Open the overview again.

You can create a new instance directly from the overview: Click on the button New to open the empty input form.

Create some new instances and open the overview again.

After opening the overview, all existing instances are displayed.

Now you can use your filters Company and Last Name to search for individual instances.

Enter your search term in one of the input fields and confirm with Enter: The contents of the instance table are searched and the result is displayed.
