Showing the Instance List

	In the instance overview, the following content is listed for each instance: Current task (process step name) Instance ID The instance list shows all running instances that have not yet been processed to the last service step. You can open an instance by clicking on it. The instance will open in the relevant form.
	If the instance is in a state where no forms have to be filled, the progress view is displayed. You can wait until the process reaches the next form (or the process end) or switch back to the overview and proceed with another instance.
	Use option Refresh to update the instance list.
	The instance list shows all running instances that have not yet been processed to the last service step.

	Use the menuto switch back to the service overview. All available processes of this service are shown.
	Select the process for which you want to create a new instance by clicking the corresponding option.
