The persistent state schema for SQL Server has been updated to version 17.1
This is a minor update that only changes the index definitions.
This Runtime comes with a fix that prevents orphaned rows in the persistent state database that lead to slow service startup with SQLite. Also existing orphans are cleaned on service startup. Refer to Fix Persistent State Database: Orphaned Rows and Slow Service StartupFix Persistent State Database: Orphaned Rows and Slow Service Startup for more information on the performance fix and possible manual migrations.
