The Designer allows you to execute your business processes: You can draw your process, add forms and make them available to your users. On the following pages we explain how you access your executed forms, how to start a process and how to create a new process instance.

Before you can create process instances, you must first deploy and run the service.

Go to page Starting the Service for details.

The instance overview shows all unfinished instances.

Navigating Through the Application UI

The menuallows you to switch between the models in the current service and to access the instance overview.

Click on an available process to access its instance overview.

Example:

The service OrderProcessing contains the following models:

  • Order_approval
  • Order_delivery

The instance overview opens.

Use option Refresh to update the instance list.

Select the process start you want to trigger from the drop-down menu.
