Runtime 2020.15 By clicking Cancel, you can cancel a any long running session, if necessary.. This may be necessary e.g. in case of an endless loop.
Sessions can be cancelled at the following points:
- on control flows, before entering the next action node, iteration, operation call, or adapter call
- in action script
- within the following adapters: URL Adapter, SOAP Adapter, REST Adapter and SQL Adapter

A Cancel button is always displayed, if the session executes an adapter call, but: The Cancel button only works for the following adapter calls: In older Runtime versions, it is only possible to cancel sessions of the URL Adapter and the SQL Adapter (actions execute and getHandle) .For other types of adapter calls, clicking this button has no effect. |
