Syntax
set aBoolean = aString.startsWith(LITERAL)
Semantics startsWith() returns true, if the string aString starts with the string represented by the literal. In all other cases, false is returned.
SubstitutablesaBoolean Can be any variable or object attribute having the type Boolean.
aString Can be any variable or object attribute having the type String.
LITERAL String literal.

set aBoolean = aString.startsWith("Act"); 
set aBoolean2 = aString2.startsWith(aString3.substring(0, 3));
