As plans can only be managed within an organization, a new plan can be created from the Plans tab of the organization details page. Simply click the New Plan button:

A new window opens and you can provide a plan name, version and description. You are also able to select a different organization. Once that information is provided, click the Create Plan button:

You will then be taken to the plan's details page:

On page Plan Settings you can learn more about the configuration options for designing a plan.
