  • The Monitoring Base Service (E2EMailJiraMonitoringMonitoring) that catches all exceptions thrown on a Bridge instance and, by default, reports them by email and/or JIRA.
    The Monitoring Base Service can be used standalone (without the UI service). Each distinct exception (distinction per service - error category - error code - error type) will be reported once in 24 hours.
  • TheMonitoring UI (Monitoring_UI) that allows further customization of the Monitoring Base Service per exception, like custom notification (meaning JIRA) or different recipients for certain errors.

You can build your own Monitoring Service using the base monitoring library provided by Scheer E2EPAS, which includes Email and JIRA connectivity plus the required ports to integrate with the Console and Monitoring UI, and replace the custom notification action by something specific to your environment (like Nagios, DataDog, or any other system).
