absolute() Operation for Float Values

Syntax	`set absFloat = aFloat.absolute()`
Semantics	Returns the absolute value as a Float value.
Substitutables	`aFloat`	Can be any variable or object attribute having the type Float.
Examples	CODE `set absFloat = aFloat.absolute();`
