startsWith() Operation

Syntax	NONE `set aBoolean = aString.startsWith(LITERAL)`
Semantics	`startsWith()` returns true, if the string aString starts with the string represented by the literal. In all other cases, false is returned.
Substitutables	`aBoolean`	Can be any variable or object attribute having the type Boolean.
	`aString`	Can be any variable or object attribute having the type String.
	`LITERAL`	String literal.
Examples	NONE `set aBoolean = aString.startsWith("Act"); set aBoolean2 = aString2.startsWith(aString3.substring(0, 3));`
